Information Collection
Information collected online is usually defined as being either personally identifiable or aggregate in nature (anonymous).

Personal Information
Personal information means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, email address, a home or other physical address, phone number and/or other information when needed to provide the service, products and/or information requested.

When you browse the Cr8ivewrite.com website, you do so anonymously unless you have provided personal information on a previous visit. Like many other websites, the Cr8ivewrite.com website may use a standard technology called a "cookie" to store collected information when you provide it. Please go to "Cookies and Their Use" below for more. Currently, the only information collected and stored on our website is: 1) a first and last name and an eMail address, and only when it is provided by you. This information is used to enhance your visit to our website and is not accessible to any other website (we do not share or sell this information either, see "Information Use" below), and 2) temporary product and ordering information necessary for the shopping cart to work. This information is used so our website can "remember" what you are ordering as you navigate from page to page. Once the order is complete, the information is thrown out (the shopping cart cookie is deleted).

  Aggregate Information
As stated above we don't automatically collect any personal information. We may collect general information about your visit, including the pages viewed, the links clicked and other actions taken during your visit to our website. We also collect certain standard information that your browser sends to every website you visit, such as your IP address (the Internet address of your computer), browser type and language, access times and referring website addresses (the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our site). This information is used to help improve, analyze trends, and administer our website. But we do not link any of this aggregate information to any of your personal information.

Information Use
The personal information collected on our website is used to operate the website and to provide the service(s) or carry out the transaction(s) you have requested or authorized.

In support of these uses, we may use personal information to provide you with more effective customer service, to improve our website and to make the website easier to use by eliminating the need for you to repeatedly enter the same information or by customizing the website to your particular preference or interests. We may also use your personal information to provide you with important information such as website updates and new product introductions.

Cr8ivewrite.com does not sell, rent, lease, share or in any way transfer any personal information from any customer or visitor to our website to third parties. Any information collected on our website, either personal or aggregate, is only used internally.

Children and Privacy
Cr8ivewrite.com is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and do not target our website to children under 13.

A cookie is not a program and as such, cannot execute commands or run independently on your computer.
Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer.
A cookie cannot read data off your hard disk, transmit data or read cookie files created by other websites.
A cookie's information is only available to the website for which it was created.

Shopping Cart
The cookie used to enable the shopping cart will temporarily contain information to facilitate the purchase of items on the website, such as:

You do not need to have cookies turned on to simply view our website, however, for a personalized experience and the ability to shop our website your browser needs to accept cookies.

Web Beacons
Web beacons, also known as clear GIFs or single-pixel GIFs, are small image files that some website operators may place on their Web pages and within their Web-based email newsletters that they send. Usually working in conjunction with cookies, Web beacons allow these website operators to accurately count the number of unique users who have visited a specific page on their website and the number of times those pages are displayed. Web beacons can also used to count how many people opened a Web-based email newsletter. This type of information is only collected in aggregate form and is typically not linked to personally identifiable information.

Cr8ivewrite.com does not use Web beacons.
